Quality Assurance

We recognise that you deserve the best dental care. To demonstrate our commitment to quality Dove Holistic Dental Centre has joined the Denplan Excel Accrediation Programme, to ensure we always meet the exacting standards in dental care and service.

Every 18 months an independent dental advisor will visit our practice to ensure all standards are being met. The advisor will also check that we are complying with statutory regulations and recommendations for best practice in dentistry.

All of our dentists are committed to continually improving their knowledge and undertake a number of hours of continual professional development each year (CPD). We perform regular clinical audits and take part in a thorough quality assurance programme organised by Denplan.

All staff regularly participate in staff training and attend relevant courses. The appropriate bodies routinely check all equipment and we adhere strictly to the necessary guidelines.

We are also registered with Care Quality Commission (CQC) whose job it is to monitor whether we are meeting government standards.
